What do you need to be aware of before the first appointment?

Are you eighteen years old or older?

Generally speaking, in men, hair transplantation should only be considered starting from age twenty-five, so that the pattern of hair loss is clear.

What happens at the initial consultation?

We will not only talk about your planned hair transplantation, but also about your general health and any medications you may be taking. We will also discuss the causes of your hair loss in detail. A hair analysis (which can be done for a fee) can be very helpful. This will help you understand the current health of your hair and it will help you plan any further action. We will discuss the various treatment options with you. The actual hair transplantation appointment will usually only take place later, after you have had the opportunity to think over all your treatment options.
